Call Centre Agents Required
We are looking to recruit Agents for our Contact Centre. The role may involve working shift work, including finishing at 3 am.
The duties include:
- Handle inbound calls, presented and answered appropriately.
- Undertake outbound calls as directed.
- Provide excellent customer care.
- Communicate clearly and effectively during all calls.
- Recognise and manage assertive calls.
- Document all calls thoroughly
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
